Following its beliefs, the brand Rock Shox was the first to join the company team.From that moment, Proparts gained space and followed by acquiring brands like SRAM, Mavic, Truvativ, the latest No Tubes, Squirt Lube, CycleOps Trainer, in addition to those made history like Ritchey, Clif Bar, Santa Cruz, Titec, Rocky Mountain and highlight the work of 7 years with Specialized, what motivated them to open a subsidiary in Brazil.
Justified by its trustful services, Proparts now serves an equivalent number of 700 retailers spread across 400 cities throughout Brazil, and maintains an expectation of 15% growth for 2016.
To ensure a quality service to its customers, the company takes on a commitment to always be attentive to what is newest in the market, attending events, fairs, supporting athletes in addition to always keeping its employees trained with courses offered by the partners and then passing on knowledge to their customers.

Proparts has its own mechanical center formed by highly trained and skilled professionals for reference service and is entrusting to cover guarantees, being able to repair and answer any issue that any client might have.
Another point of reference Proparts are the courses offered to the mechanics and dealers interested in learning the proper way to work with the commercialized products.The idea came up six years ago gaining strength and credibility.Today it happens to an average of three workshops per month with plans to become even bigger and frequent next year.
